At Designer Glasses, we endeavour to despatch your goods as quickly as possible, normally within 7 to 10 working days of placing your order.
Delivery time is however dependent on stock availability and prescriptions. In most cases we can offer next day UK delivery for products in stock otherwise please allow 7 to 10 working days. Certain frames, complex lenses or other requirements may take longer.
International orders can take between 7 to 14 days for delivery, depending on location.
We use Royal Mail for all of our deliveries. Once our team has emailed you confirmation that your order has been despatched, with a tracking number, it is Royal Mails responsibility to deliver your glasses, and over the years we have found them to be extremely reliable.
Typically Royal Mail delivery is next working day to UK, up to 5 working days In Europe, and up to 7 working days internationally.

If, in the unlikely event, you haven’t received your order within a 5 day extended period after the typical delivery period stated in your zone, please contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Royal Mail may consider a delivery to be lost if it is not received:
- 20 working days after due date for Europe items.
- 25 working days after due date for Rest of the World.
Frames get discontinued on a daily basis and due to demand, products may become out of stock or sold out after an order has been placed. In this case, we will advise you of an approximate delivery date, offer you a similar item or a full refund.
Note: Due to our strict anti-fraud policies, delivery details cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Also, if a country does not appear in the Invoice or Shipping list during checkout, then unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery to that country, at this time.
