How to Order
At Designer Glasses, once you have placed a successful order, you will receive an initial email from WorldPay, who are one of the UK and Europe’s largest card payment processors, to confirm that we have received payment.
One of our experienced customer services staff will contact you if there are any queries with your order, a product has become out of stock or if there will be an excessive delay before facilitating your order.
Once your order is ready for despatch, you will receive an email from us notifying you of a despatch date and providing you with a tracking number which can be used to track your order online.
