At Designer Glasses, we endeavour to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible.
If a frame is displayed as 24 Hour, we will dispatch this within 24 hours of a working day unless prescription lenses are added. This may add up to 3 days for single vision lenses and up to 7 days for Bifocal or Varifocal lenses.
Non 24 Hour items, that are not kept in stock, and have to be ordered from the supplier may take 5-10 working days. Occasionally, items not in stock with the supplier, may take longer. If this is the case, we will notify you immediately on processing your order.
International orders can take between 7 to 14 working days for delivery, depending on location.
We use Royal Mail for most of our deliveries. Once our team has emailed you confirmation that your order has been dispatched you will be given a tracking number.
Typically Royal Mail delivery is next working day to UK, up to 5 working days In Europe, and up to 7 working days internationally.

If, in the unlikely event, you haven’t received your order within a 5 day extended period after the typical delivery period stated in your zone, please contact us and we will try to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Royal Mail may consider a delivery to be lost if it is not received:
- 20 working days after due date for Europe items.
- 25 working days after due date for Rest of the World.
Frames get discontinued on a daily basis and due to demand, products may become out of stock or sold out after an order has been placed. In this case, we will advise you of an approximate delivery date, offer you a similar item or a full refund.
NOTE: Due to our strict anti-fraud policies, delivery details cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Also, if a country does not appear in the Invoice or Shipping list during checkout, then unfortunately we cannot accept orders for delivery to that country, at this time.
