Ordering your glasses
At Designer Glasses, once you have placed an online order, you will receive an initial confirmation email from us, to acknowledge that that we have received payment and your order.
One of our experienced customer services staff will contact you if there are any queries with your order, a product has become out of stock or if there will be an excessive delay before facilitating your order.
Once your order is ready for despatch, you will receive another email from us notifying you of a despatch date and providing you with a tracking number which can be used to track your order online.
